Isang moderator sa Facebook (FB) group kong “Low Carb and Intermittent Fasting™” (LCIF) gandang-ganda sa sarili (GGSS) dahil sa nagawa ng LCIF way of eating (WOE) sa kanya! Well, actually, “sexing-sexy” ang sabi nya, so dapat SSSS. Pero mas kilala ang GGSS eh.
Anyway… I’m reposting her post, in my FB group, here – to hopefully inspire, educate and entertain the readers of my blog (with permission):
Hi guys! This is Moderator #SHAMazona!
Sa Mayo Uno pa sana ito, pa birthday ko sa sarili ko, pero di ko na mapigilan dahil sexing-sexy ako sa sarili ko 😂😅 pagbigyan nyo na!
A. HW – 72kg / SW – 67kg / CW – 50kg
I started on May 22, 2019.
B. Aside from losing weight, my Non-Scale Victories via doing Strict Dirty/Casual LCIF are:
– regular monthly period
– breast milk supply increases
– attentiveness/focused and goal oriented
– fitted jeans/shirts (opkors!)
– no more sleepless nights
– no more mabigat at masakit na paa
– severe attacks of anxiety and depression became manageable, or should I say almost gone
C. Another inspirational story: I taught my father about LCIF. He is a STROKE SURVIVOR and doing fine and well now, without taking medicines and is way better than before. Aside from him, I also shared this WOE to other family/relatives and friends, who are also improving to a healthier version of themselves.
Bonus na lang din ang magka jowa ako. 😅
I am inviting everyone to learn more about LCIF by subscribing to the YouTube Channel of the founder at www.youtube.com/c/mylcifjourney. Wishing everyone the best of health! 😉
Forever grateful to Coach Dave Cristoferson Aguila and Inay Ara Aguila. 😊😘
