“The struggle is real but all was worth it” says a low carb enthusiast

Aryani Perry, a shy LCIF FB Group member, who is a silent reader of the group, decided to be silent no more as she hopes to inspire others with her LCIF Transformation story and she has done the right thing! She certainly is inspiring.

Read this member’s testimony in my LCIF FB Group to hopefully be inspired (reposted with permission).

Let me start off by saying thank you Coach Dave and to all the LCIF members here. Oh well, I made it after a year! πŸŒˆπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜„

What a journey it has been ika nga ni Lea! Masasabi ko tlg na “The struggle is real” but all was worth it! Seriously, I’ve gone through different experiments during my early days of diet and being a silent reader on this group taught me to focus on my diet and overall health. Binasag ko na ang katahimakan at katabaan ko! πŸ˜…πŸ€£

Although I’m still a bit shy to post my transformation picture, I do hope that I’ve inspired you somehow during this difficult time (for others) of being quarantined at home. I suggest you take advantage of the situation and think of the positive outcome.
